Refunds & Returns

Return Policy:

You may return items within 14 days of receiving them.

Return shipping costs and responsibility rest with the buyer until the item reaches us safely. We strongly recommend using a tracked and signed-for service to ensure safe delivery and prevent loss by the postal service.

Returned products must be in their original condition, unworn, with all tags attached, and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on items with any signs of perfume, makeup, body odours, or cigarette smoke. Any objects found within the returned item or its pockets will be considered evidence of use.

Items that do not meet these criteria will be rejected and sent back to the sender. Please be aware that you may be required to cover the delivery cost of these rejected items.

 

Refund Process:

Once we have received your returned item, we will process your return within 5 working days. If all return criteria are met, it may take up to 7 working days for the funds to appear in your account.

If you encounter any issues with your item or difficulties returning it within the required time frame, please contact us as soon as possible. Refunds requested outside the 14-day return period will be considered at our discretion.
